Peanut sheller machine safety operating procedures:

1. Before the shelling operation, all safety personnel who participate in shelling operations should be educated and familiar with the structure, performance, and operation methods of the peanut sheller.
2. Wokers participants in shelling operations should wear work clothes. The women should bring long hair into the work caps and must not wear scarves. Casual staff and minors are not allowed to approach the work area.
3. Before starting the machine, the operator shall thoroughly inspect the technical status of the peanut sheller, especially the inspection of the safety shields. The requirements are not loose, no shortage, and illegal use is strictly prohibited.
4. All the tools, metal objects, etc. used in the peanut dehulling and peeling machine are forbidden to be placed on the rack, cover plate and feeding workbench.
5. The power supply for Peanut sheller must be switched on or off by a full-time electrician, and there should be reliable grounding protection, leakage protection and electric shock protection devices.
6. Before starting the machine, a signal shall be sent out. After the peanuts are removed from the shelling machine for 5 minutes, it is determined that there are no abnormalities and the feed can be carried out uniformly. There should be 5 to 10 minutes of idle time before shutting down to clean peanuts and shells
7. Peanuts in the miscellaneous sheller should always pay attention to their speed, sound, and bearing temperature rise during operation. If abnormalities are detected, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection. After exclusion, operations can be continued.
8. For every continuous working day, check the rollers, fans, screen boxes, wind transporters, bearing units, and other fasteners, and fasten them at any time.
9. It is forbidden to perform inspection and debugging when the peanuts are removed from the sheller. Do not allow body and other foreign objects near the transmission.
10. Peanuts are not allowed to go into the sheller operation, do not allow the handle or other foreign objects into the feed hopper, the winder feed hopper and large and small fan inlet.
